The Sunbeam Support Group – Keighley & Craven
All the families that we have cared for throughout 2016 are being remembered throughout this festive season and all our staff understand what a difficult time this may be for the loved ones left behind.
A Christmas tree has again been placed to the front of our premises at Airedale House and each white light represents a deceased that we have cared for throughout the year.
In their memory we have donated £1,000.00 to our chosen charity for 2016, The Sunbeam Support Group Keighley & Craven. The group offer support for anyone who has experienced a late miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal death through the opportunity for parents to meet other families & midwives who understand. Details of the charity can be found on facebook @sunbeamsupportkeighley
We as a company know of the importance of the support that families of young children require during their time of bereavement and feel that this added follow on service by the Support Group will assist many families during their grieving process. The Sunbeam group meet in the annex adjacent to Strong Close Nursery, BD21 4LW. The last Thursday of the month, drop in between 6.30 pm & 8.30 pm.
We hope that our donation will help with the groups’ important work within our community and wish them all the best in its growth and awareness”
